La Noria consist of 15 Residences with the goal to meet the needs of those who want to live in the city, whether in a summer or winter vacation home, with the goal of reinvestment at shortterm. La Noria offers isolation from traffic, and the convenience of being able to walk around downtown and enjoy beautiful San Miguel de Allende.
The 15 Residences have been carefully placed, allowing virtually all of them to have two to three open facades, something rarely seen in the historic center of San Miguel.
The underground parking level will have space for 35 cars: 2 spaces for each residence plus visit parking and a storage space for each residence.

La Noria has been conceived with a “Contemporary Mexican Style” using materials from the region, such as stone, cantera, plaster, white washed beams, all in light colors to give the spaces lots of light. The Residences are developed on three elevator-accessible levels with pergola terraces.
Only the best quality materials to be found in San Miguel de Allende will be used in the construction of our residences: canteras, adoquin, travertine marble, treated and whitewashed pine for pergolas and façade details. Exterior façades will be covered with caliche stone cut into rectangular shape.
